The cause of hand vibration of worm gear and worm reducer
Worm gear reducer compact structure small volume due to the use of planetary transmission principle, the input shaft output shaft in the same axis line, so that its model to obtain as small as possible size.

3. If the center height of the equipment transmission shaft is inconsistent with that of the reducer, the installation surface of the reducer must be adjusted to ensure that the two installation dimensions of the equipment transmission shaft and the reducer are equal.
The worm gear of the worm provides the answer to an effective application of power transmission requiring high ratio deceleration in limited Spaces using right-angle (90°), non-crossing shafts. When used correctly, worms and gear provide the smoothest, quietest form of balance sheet.
Because the efficiency of a worm gear and worm drive depends on the starting lead Angle and amount on the worm, improving efficiency, as always is a goal, the ratio should be kept as low as possible. Normal operation, worm and worm gear used together, must have the same diameter spacing and thread.
